| Senior Research Officer The Mental Health Foundation is recruiting a Senior Research Officer to support our Research Team in Scotland. This is fixed term part-time role for 4 days per week for one year. Starting salary £35,143 rising to £39,000 pro-rata, 0.8 FTE

This exciting Senior Participation Officer role will beresponsible for coordinating and supporting the Mental Health Policy Reference Group, an advisory group of individuals with diverse experience of social inequality, who will inform the Scottish Government's mental health policy development.
What does the role involve? - Day-to-day management and delivery of the Bridging the Gap study
- Ensuring all fieldwork is conducted in a timely and ethical manner
- Leading the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and report writing
- Assisting in dissemination the final evaluation including written reports, academic publications, and presentations to achieve policy and practice change
Skills, knowledge and experience - Ability to design and lead qualitative and mixed methods research studies (Essential)
- Outstanding organisational skills including the ability to use initiative, to prioritise workload and work under pressure (Essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of public mental health including impact trauma and mental health diagnosis on cancer screening uptake (Desirable)
